Thoughtful and Thought-Provoking

Where to even begin? I listen to a LOT of history podcasts and Unsung History is my absolute favorite. Not only do I learn new things (as a former history major who continues to consume a lot of history podcasts and writing, I was a little skeptical about how much of this would be new to me, but the answer is a LOT), but Kelly really engages with her guests about the process of how history gets written, which I find completely fascinating -- even more than the actual topics of each episode I love learning about Kelly's guests' process and the types of sources they use, especially when they've had to think pretty far outside the typical box from the archives. This podcast is a valuable addition to anyone's listening time.
